Welcome to the EcoPoint Employee Store - we are excited to offer the following apparel and merchandise exclusively for EcoPoint associates!
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE IT IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY.
Employee Credit: If you have an employee allocation balance, enter the code you have been provided at checkout in the ‘Coupon/Gift Certificate’ section. Please double check that the stipend applied reduces your cart balance. If your total order exceeds the allocation, you can opt to pay the difference.
Payment Information: When using your personal credit card at checkout, ensure the billing information matches your credit card details to avoid transaction decline.
Shipping: If you are local to Windsor, please select 'Delivery to EcoPoint Office' as your shipping option and Jennie Hardy will coordinate the distribution of all your order once completed. If you would like your shipped, you will be charged a flat fee of $15 and it will be sent USPS on completion.
Product Verification: Double-check product details and sizing before ordering!
Availability: Back-ordered items will be replaced with the closest available substitute unless you choose to cancel the order. You will be contacted by someone at Huston Graphics regarding any backorder status and how you wish to proceed.
Delivery Timeline: All orders will be processed bi-weekly and will take about two weeks in production to complete. If you are local to Windsor, you will receive information from Jennie Hardy regarding receipt of your order. If your will be shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email at that time.
